Shipping/Delivery Policy
The V4digitalcard believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
The V4digitalcard does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

Cancellations made [X] days or more prior to the scheduled [service/event] will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between [X] and [Y] days before the scheduled [service/event] will be subject to a [Z]% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made [Z] days or less before the scheduled [service/event] will not be eligible for a refund.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our abilities. However, certain costs and preparations are made in advance, which may necessitate a cancellation fee in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.
